4. Setup
The VANNECT X390AS Walking Pad Treadmill comes 100% pre-assembled, requiring no complex setup.
- Unpack: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Placement: Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for safe operation.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Initial Check: Before stepping on, ensure the belt is centered and there are no obstructions.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, plug in the treadmill and press the power button (if available, otherwise it powers on automatically).
- To power off, press the power button on the unit or remote, then unplug from the wall.
5.2 Using the Remote Control
The wireless remote control allows you to manage your workout without bending down.
- Start/Stop: Press the Start/Stop button to begin or end your workout.
- Speed Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the speed (1-10 km/h).
- Pause: The pause button temporarily stops the belt and retains your workout data.
- Remote Storage: The remote control has a magnetic back for convenient storage on the treadmill's side to prevent loss.

5.3 Adjusting the Incline
The treadmill features a manual 9% incline adjustment.
- To engage the incline, lift the rear of the treadmill and secure the incline support mechanism.
- To return to a flat position, disengage the incline support and lower the treadmill.

5.4 LED Display
The integrated LED display shows your real-time workout data:
- Time: Duration of your workout.
- Speed: Current speed in km/h.
- Distance: Total distance covered.
- Calories: Estimated calories burned.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Wipe down the treadmill with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
6.2 Belt Lubrication
Regular lubrication of the running belt is crucial for optimal performance and longevity.

To lubricate, lift the edge of the running belt and apply a small amount of silicone lubricant (not included) to the center of the deck. Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
6.3 Belt Adjustment
If the running belt becomes misaligned or too loose/tight, it may need adjustment using the provided tool.

- A slight mark on the running belt is the belt joint and is considered normal, not a defect.
