Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation of your CHUBORY X10 PRO GPS Drone. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference. The X10 PRO is a mid-sized GPS drone featuring a 4K UHD camera, brushless motors, and intelligent flight modes such as Auto Return, Follow Me, Tap Fly, and Point of Interest. Its design keeps the weight under 0.55lb, eliminating the need for FAA registration in the United States.
What's in the Box
Your CHUBORY X10 PRO package includes the following components:
- CHUBORY X10 PRO Drone (x1)
- Remote Control (x1)
- Rechargeable Batteries (x3) - providing up to 90 minutes total flight time
- USB Charger (x1)
- Screwdriver (x1)
- Backup Propellers (A x2, B x2)
- User Manual (x1)
- Portable Carrying Case (x1)

Setup
1. Charging the Batteries
Ensure all drone batteries and the remote controller are fully charged before flight. Use the provided USB charger. The drone batteries (7.4V 2500mAh 18.5Wh) take approximately 360 minutes to fully charge. The remote controller takes approximately 40 minutes. Do not overcharge and keep away from flammable materials during charging.

2. Propeller Installation and Check
If propellers are damaged or deformed, replace them immediately using the provided screwdriver. Install propeller blades according to the letter markings (A or B) on the blades and drone arms. Ensure correct orientation for proper flight.

3. App Download and Controller Connection
Download the "CHUBORY GPS" app from your device's app store (iOS or Android) by scanning the QR code in the user manual. Turn off your phone's cellular network, then turn on WLAN and connect to the network starting with "CBR-DRONE". Open the app and click 'Start Play'. For optimal experience, control the drone with the physical controller while using your mobile phone to view the camera feed.
4. Calibration
Perform both Gyroscope and Geomagnetic Calibration before your first flight or if you experience unstable flight. Place the drone on a level surface. Follow the in-app instructions for calibration, which typically involves rotating the drone in specific directions. The drone's indicator lights will confirm successful calibration.
Operating
1. Pre-Flight Checklist
- Ensure batteries are fully charged.
- Check propellers for damage and correct installation.
- Fly in open airspaces, away from people, buildings, and high-voltage lines.
- Avoid flying in strong wind or heavy rain.
- Search for GPS signal (indicator light changes from slow flash to solid light).
2. Basic Flight Controls
Unlock: Press the Unlock button on the controller. Propellers will start spinning. If no operation within 10 seconds, the drone will automatically lock.
Left Joystick:
- Push up: Drone flies upward.
- Push down: Drone flies downward.

- One-Click Take-off/Landing: Press the dedicated button for automatic take-off or landing.
- One-Click Return: Press the Return button, and the drone will automatically fly back to its home point. The drone's position is set as the home point when the GPS signal is first acquired.
- Automatic Return: The drone will automatically return to the home point if it loses connection with the controller or if the battery level falls below a safe threshold.
- Follow Me Mode: Activate via the app. The drone will automatically recognize and follow a designated target (e.g., a person in a blue box on the screen).
- Tap Fly (Waypoint Flight): Select waypoints on the map in the app, upload the commands, and the drone will fly according to that path.
- Point of Interest (Surround Flight): Select a point of interest in the app, and the drone will perform a surround flight with its current position as the center in the chosen direction.
- Gesture Photo/Video: Make specific hand gestures (e.g., "YEAH" for photo, "PALM" for video) in front of the drone to trigger photo or video capture.

Maintenance
- Regularly inspect propellers for any signs of wear or damage. Replace as needed.
- Keep the drone and its components clean and free from dust and debris.
- Store the drone and batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not expose the drone to water or moisture.
Troubleshooting
- Drone not powering on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
- Unstable flight: Perform gyroscope and geomagnetic calibration. Check propellers for damage.
- No camera feed on phone: Ensure your phone's cellular network is off and it's connected to the drone's WLAN. Restart the app and drone if necessary.
- Drone not responding to controller: Ensure both the drone and controller are powered on and properly paired.
- GPS signal issues: Fly in an open area with clear sky. Wait for the GPS indicator to show a solid light.
