Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use and maintenance of your HOZO NeoBlade Ultrasonic Cutter 01 Standard Replacement Blades. These blades are crafted from SK5 high-carbon steel, designed for durability and precision cutting with compatible ultrasonic cutting tools, including the NeoBlade.
Safety Information
- Blades are extremely sharp. Handle with extreme care to prevent injury.
- Always use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and eye protection, when handling or changing blades.
- Keep blades out of reach of children and pets.
- Dispose of used blades safely using the integrated disposal slot in the blade dispenser or a dedicated sharps container.
- Ensure the blade is securely installed before operating any cutting tool.
- Do not use damaged or dull blades, as this can lead to poor performance and increased risk of injury.
Setup: Blade Installation
Proper blade installation is crucial for safe and effective operation.
- Remove the Protective Cap: Carefully remove the protective cap from your NeoBlade Ultrasonic Cutter.
- Loosen the Blade Head Screw: Locate the screw on the left side of the blade head. Loosen it just enough to allow blade removal/insertion. Do not remove the screw completely.
- Remove Old Blade (if applicable): Use the magnetic tip of the screwdriver (often integrated into the protective cap) to lift the old blade out. Hold the blade by its tail to avoid direct contact with the sharp edge. Dispose of it safely.
- Attach New Blade: Attach a new 01 Standard Blade to the magnetic tip of the screwdriver.
- Insert and Tighten: Insert the blade into the handle of the ultrasonic cutter. Gently tighten the screw clockwise until the blade is secure. Avoid overtightening, which can damage the tool, or leaving it too loose, which can cause the blade to wobble.

Operating Instructions
The 01 Standard Blade features a versatile 30° edge, suitable for a wide range of cutting tasks.
- Material Compatibility: This blade is ideal for straight cuts, trimming, and general-purpose work on materials commonly used in DIY projects, crafts, and model building.
- Cutting Technique: For optimal results, ensure the ultrasonic cutter is powered on and the blade is vibrating. Apply gentle, consistent pressure and guide the blade along the desired cutting line. Avoid excessive force, which can damage the blade or the material.
- Blade Angle: The 30° edge is designed for general cutting. Adjust your cutting angle based on the material thickness and desired precision.

Maintenance: Blade Care and Storage
Proper care extends blade life and ensures consistent performance.
- Cleaning: After each use, carefully wipe the blade with a dry cloth to remove any debris or residue. Blades are made from high-carbon steel and should be kept dry and away from liquids to prevent rust.
- Rust Prevention: The blades are vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof blister packs to prevent rust during transit. If rust forms on a used blade, use a rust remover and wipe it completely dry before storage or disposal.
- Storage: Store unused blades in their original moisture-proof packaging. The safety dispenser includes a one-way disposal slot for used blades, ensuring safe collection and preventing accidental injuries. An optional blade case can attach to the Turbo Dock for organized storage.

Troubleshooting
- Poor Cutting Performance:
- Ensure the blade is clean and free of debris.
- Check if the blade is dull and needs replacement.
- Verify the blade is securely tightened in the ultrasonic cutter. A loose blade can vibrate improperly.
- Blade Rusts Quickly:
- Always wipe blades dry after use.
- Store blades in a dry environment, ideally in their original packaging or the safety dispenser.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or humidity.
- Blade Wobbles After Installation:
- Ensure the blade is correctly seated in the tool's head.
- Tighten the screw on the blade head sufficiently, but do not overtighten.
