4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Eye Mask

  1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the mask's controller.
  2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the mask's controller.
  3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible power source (e.g., computer, power bank, or 5V/2A wall charger - not included).
  4. The battery indicator on the controller will show charging status. A full charge provides 150 to 390 minutes of use.

4.2 Assembling the Mask

  1. Ensure the heating element is properly inserted into the detachable cloth cover. The cover is designed for easy removal and attachment.
  2. If using the cooling pad, insert it between the eye mask and its cover for a refreshing sensation.

5.3 Setting Timers

The mask features 6 adjustable timers (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes). Press the 'Time' button (represented by a clock icon) on the controller to select your desired duration. The mask will automatically shut off once the timer expires, ensuring uninterrupted relaxation.

5.4 Using the Cooling Pad

For cold therapy, place the cooling pad in a refrigerator until chilled. Insert the chilled pad between the eye mask and its cover. No controller connection is required for cold therapy. This is ideal for alleviating eye puffiness and enhancing eye care.

5.5 Cordless and Wired Usage

The mask can be used cordlessly for maximum freedom or connected via its Type-C cable to a power source for continuous operation, especially when the battery is low.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Detachable Cover
