- First Use Burn-Off: Plug the oven into a suitable electrical outlet. Turn both temperature controls to maximum (400°C) and set the timer for 10-15 minutes. This will burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Cool Down: After the burn-off, turn off the oven and unplug it. Allow it to cool completely before proceeding.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for optimal cooking results with your Ariete 934 Pizzeria Gourmet Pizza Oven.
Preheating:
