This appliance provides convenient access to hot, cold, and room temperature water, along with bullet-shaped ice. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and efficient use.
2. Safety Information
- Always place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is properly grounded.
- Do not operate the dispenser without water in the bottle.
- Keep children away from the hot water dispenser area due to the risk of burns. Utilize the child safety lock feature.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Unplug the dispenser before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- This appliance is designed for indoor use only.
3. Product Overview
The SOOPYK LYCZ628-B combines a water dispenser with an integrated ice maker, offering multiple functionalities in one unit.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.
- Place the dispenser on a level, sturdy surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.
4.2 Loading the Water Bottle
This dispenser features a bottom-loading design for 3 or 5-gallon water bottles.
- Open the lower cabinet door of the dispenser.
- Insert the probe into the neck of a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Slide the water bottle into the cabinet and close the door securely.
- Plug the dispenser into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview
The dispenser features a touch screen control panel with various indicator lights and buttons.

5.2 Dispensing Water
To dispense water, place your cup under the desired spigot and press the corresponding button on the touch screen. For hot water, refer to the child safety lock instructions below.
5.3 Child Safety Lock (Hot Water)
The hot water dispenser is equipped with a child safety lock to prevent accidental dispensing and burns.
- To dispense hot water, first press the Child Lock button.
- Then, press the Hot Water button.

5.4 Ice Making Function
The built-in ice maker produces bullet-shaped ice cubes. The unit can store up to 0.88 lbs of ice and has a daily production capacity of 22 lbs. Note: The dispenser does not keep ice frozen long-term.

5.5 ECO Mode
Activate ECO mode to conserve energy by stopping water heating during nighttime hours.
- To turn on ECO mode, press the Energy Saving button.
- To turn off ECO mode, press and hold the ECO button for 3 seconds.
5.6 Night Light
The night light feature illuminates the dispensing area, making it easier to use the dispenser in low-light conditions and providing visibility for the drip tray. The night light activates when the machine is dispensing water or ice.

5.7 Empty Bottle Alert
An indicator light on the control panel will alert you when the water bottle is empty and needs to be replaced.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Self-Cleaning Function
The dispenser includes a self-cleaning function with a UV lamp to maintain water hygiene.
- To activate the self-cleaning function, press and hold the Ice-Making button for 3 seconds.
- The cleaning cycle will run for 10 minutes. During this time, the ice indicator will blink, and the power light will remain on.
- A UV lamp is located in the water tank (visible upon removing the top cover) and will operate continuously as long as the machine is plugged in, providing ongoing sanitation.

6.2 Drip Tray Cleaning
The removable drip tray collects spills and should be cleaned regularly.
- Carefully pull out the drip tray from its slot below the dispensing area.
- Empty any collected water and wash the tray with mild soap and warm water.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting it into the dispenser.
6.3 General Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Water Dispensing: Ensure the water bottle is correctly loaded and not empty. Check if the dispenser is plugged in and powered on.
- No Hot Water: Verify that the hot water function is enabled and the child safety lock procedure is followed. Allow time for the water to heat up.
- No Cold Water: Ensure the cold water function is enabled. Allow time for the water to chill.
- No Ice Production: Check if the water bottle is empty. Ensure the ice-making function is activated. If the ice indicator is blinking after a self-cleaning cycle and no ice is made, it may indicate a system issue; refer to customer support.
- Water Leakage: Check the water bottle for cracks or improper seating of the probe. Ensure the drip tray is correctly installed.
