4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use:
- Unboxing and Frame Assembly: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Attach the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware. The foldable steel frame is designed for easy storage and less fatigue during movement.
- Add Engine Oil: The engine is shipped without oil. Add 10W-30 engine oil (not included) using the provided oil funnel. Do not overfill.
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect a garden hose (minimum 5/8 inch diameter) to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully before starting the engine.
- Attach High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 50-foot high-pressure hose to the pump's high-pressure outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Attach Spray Gun and Wand: Connect the extension wand to the spray gun. The ergonomic swivel spray gun prevents kinks and improves efficiency.
- Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle tip for your task and insert it into the end of the spray wand. Store unused nozzles in the onboard storage.

5. Operating Instructions
- Starting the Engine: Ensure the fuel valve is open, the choke is set to 'START' (if cold), and the engine switch is 'ON'. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts. Once started, gradually move the choke to 'RUN'.
- Using Detergent (Soap Tank): Fill the 0.88-gallon onboard soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Attach the black soap nozzle to the spray gun. The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent when the soap nozzle is in use.
- Nozzle Selection: The unit includes 5 quick-connect nozzles for various tasks:
- 0° (Red): Pin-point jet for tough spots (use with extreme caution).
- 15° (Yellow): Narrow spray for intense cleaning of hard surfaces.
- 25° (Green): Medium spray for general cleaning of most surfaces.
- 40° (White): Wide spray for gentle cleaning and rinsing.
- Soap (Black): Low-pressure spray for applying detergents.
- Cleaning Techniques: Always start with a wider spray pattern (e.g., 40°) and a greater distance from the surface, gradually moving closer and using a narrower nozzle if needed. Maintain sufficient distance to avoid damaging the surface.
- Moving the Unit: The large 12-inch never-flat wheels provide smooth maneuverability over various surfaces like concrete, grass, and gravel, reducing vibration.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your pressure washer.
- Engine Oil: Check engine oil level before each use. Change oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 50 hours or annually. Recommended oil type: 10W-30.
- Fuel: Use fresh, clean unleaded gasoline. Do not store fuel in the tank for extended periods without stabilizer.
- Air Filter: Inspect and clean the air filter regularly, especially in dusty conditions. Replace if damaged.
- Spark Plug: Inspect and clean the spark plug annually. Replace if necessary.
- Pump: The axial pump is designed to be maintenance-free. However, always flush the pump with clean water after using detergents. For long-term storage, use a pump protector.
- Nozzles: Clean clogged nozzles with the included nozzle cleaning tool.
- Storage: Drain all fuel and water from the unit before storing. Store in a dry, frost-free area. The foldable frame allows for compact storage.
