2. Important Safety Information

4. Getting Started

Charging the Device

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the massager.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will show charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use.
  4. Do not charge overnight. Unplug once fully charged.

Attaching the Massager

  1. Position the massager on the desired area (knee, shoulder, or elbow).
  2. Use the adjustable hook-and-loop straps to secure the device firmly but comfortably.
  3. If needed, attach the 19-inch extension strap for a larger fit.
  4. Ensure the device is snug against the skin for optimal heat and vibration transfer.

5. Operating the Massager

Power On/Off

  • To turn on the device, press and hold the power button on the LED screen.
  • The device will activate with default settings: automatic vibration mode, low-speed heating, and light on.
  • To turn off, press and hold the power button again.

Selecting Vibration Modes

  • After powering on, use the vibration mode button on the LED screen to cycle through Auto, Low, and High vibration settings.
  • The selected mode will be indicated on the LED display.

Adjusting Heat Levels

  • Use the heat level button on the LED screen to select between the three heat settings (Low, Medium, High).
  • The corresponding temperature range will be displayed or indicated.

Automatic Timer

The device is equipped with a 10-minute automatic timer function. After 10 minutes of continuous operation, the massager will automatically shut off to ensure safety and prevent overuse. You can restart the device if further therapy is desired.

6. Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Wipe the surface of the massager with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or any other liquid.

Storage

  • Store the massager in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

7. Troubleshooting Guide

  • Device does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the massager to a power source using the Type-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 2 hours.
  • No heat or weak heat: Verify that a heat level is selected on the LED screen. Ensure the device is properly positioned and snug against the skin. Allow a few minutes for the heating element to reach the desired temperature.
  • Vibration is weak or absent: Check that a vibration mode is selected. If the battery is low, recharge the device.
  • Device shuts off unexpectedly: The massager has a 10-minute automatic timer. If it shuts off before 10 minutes, ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.
