Troubleshooting

Q: What is the battery life of the Eureka cordless vacuum?

A: On a full charge, the vacuum provides up to 60 minutes of runtime in Low mode, or 35 minutes in High mode, while Auto mode automatically adjusts suction power based on dust detection. (Default startup mode: Auto)

Q: Why is suction power weak?

A: Check filter: Clean the HEPA filter (rinse with water and dry completely). Remove debris from the cyclone filter using a soft brush. Check blockages: Check the dust cup, suction inlet, and hose for clogs. Detach the floor brush and clear any tangled hair or large particles.

Q: Why won't the floor brush rotate?

A: Check if physical obstructions: Turn off the vacuum and remove hair or debris wrapped around the floor brush roller. Check connection issues: Detach and reattach the floor brush to ensure it clicks into place. Clean the electrical contacts between the brush and the main body.

Q: High Mode does not activate automatically. How to troubleshoot?

A: Clean the dust sensor with a dry cloth. Ensure the floor nozzle is not obstructed. Charge if the battery is low.

Q: Why won't the vacuum turn on?

A: Check the battery status: Ensure the battery is charged (if the battery indicator light is off or one light flashes, charge the device for at least 30 minutes). Briefly press the Power button (do not hold it down). Battery installation: Remove and reinsert the battery pack to ensure it is securely connected. Clean the battery contacts if corroded.

Q: Are replacement parts readily available for the Eureka cordless vacuum?

A: Yes, we offer easily accessible replacement components, including: fast-charging adapter, portable spare battery and washable HEPA filters. These parts are available for purchase through our official website or authorized retailers.

It effectively handles everyday debris such as dust, pet hair, and food crumbs, delivering consistent performance in both residential and compact spaces.

Q: How do I clean and maintain the vacuum?
