5. Setup and Installation

5.1 General Wiring Diagram

Refer to the following diagram for general wiring connections. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the unit.

5.2 Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Setup

The unit supports steering wheel controls. The setup process varies depending on whether your vehicle uses a CANBUS decoder.

  • Without CANBUS Decoder: Connect the steering wheel control wires (Key1/Key2) in the power cable to the corresponding part or wire of your original car. Then, navigate to Settings > Factory Setup (Password: 1234) > Party Control Learning to configure the buttons.
  • With CANBUS Decoder: No need to connect CANBUS wires. Navigate to Settings > Factory Setup (Password: 1234) > Can-Settings > SIMPLE/XINPU > Model Year. Then, go to Party Control Learning in the Factory Setting to complete the steering wheel button learning.

5.3 Reversing Camera Wiring

Properly connect the backup camera for reverse view functionality. The reversing input must be plugged in even if the camera is not immediately used.

  1. Connect the positive pole of the backup camera to the positive power supply of the car's reversing light.
  2. Connect the negative pole of the backup camera to the negative power supply of the car's reversing light.
  3. Connect cables three and five (refer to the diagram) together.
  4. The white plug must be connected to the radio to receive Bluetooth and WiFi signals.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Operation

The unit powers on with the vehicle's ignition. Use the touchscreen for all interactions. Volume can be adjusted via the touchscreen interface or steering wheel controls (if configured).

6.2 Touchscreen Interface

The 9-inch In-Cell touchscreen provides a responsive and clear interface. Navigate through menus and applications by tapping, swiping, and dragging.

6.3 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto

Connect your compatible smartphone wirelessly to access CarPlay or Android Auto. This allows for seamless integration of phone features like navigation, music, calls, and messages directly on the stereo display.

6.4 5G/WiFi Connectivity

The unit supports 5G and WiFi connections. Connect to a mobile hotspot or available WiFi network to access online features, download apps from the Google Play Store, and receive real-time updates.

6.5 GPS Navigation

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and unit. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Software Updates: Periodically check for software updates through the system settings to ensure optimal performance and access to new features. A stable internet connection is required for updates.
