Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

Attaching Components:

1. Immersion Blender: Align the motor unit with the blender shaft and twist until it locks securely.
2. Chopper: Place the blade assembly onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, then attach the motor unit to the lid, twisting to lock.
3. Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor unit, twisting to lock.
4. Milk Frother: Insert the milk frother wand into the frother adapter, then attach the adapter to the motor unit, twisting to lock.
5. Potato Masher: Attach the masher shaft to the motor unit, twisting to lock.
6. Citrus Juicer: Place the juicer cone onto the juicer base, then attach the juicer base to the motor unit, twisting to lock.
7. Spiral Slicer/Shredder: Insert the desired blade into the spiralizer/shredder attachment, then attach the motor unit to the top, twisting to lock.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

• Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
• The hand blender features 12 variable speeds and a Turbo function. Rotate the speed dial on top of the motor unit to select the desired speed (1-12).
• Press and hold the power button to start blending. For maximum power, press the Turbo button. Release the button to stop.

Specific Attachment Usage:

• Immersion Blender: Ideal for blending soups, smoothies, sauces, and baby food directly in pots or bowls. Use the 600ml beaker for smaller quantities.
• Chopper: Use for chopping meat, onions, nuts, garlic, and vegetables. Do not overfill the 860ml chopper bowl (max capacity 500ml).
• Whisk: Perfect for whipping cream, egg whites, or mixing cake batter.
• Milk Frother: Creates delicious milk foam for coffee and other beverages.
• Potato Masher: For mashing cooked potatoes and other soft vegetables.
• Citrus Juicer: Extracts juice from citrus fruits.

Maintenance and Cleaning
