1. Safety Information

Read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in serious injury.

  • Age Range: Suitable for children aged 3-6 years.
  • Maximum Weight: Do not exceed 55 pounds (25 kg).
  • Protective Gear: Always wear a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads when riding.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your GROWNEER Electric Balance Bike. An installation video is provided for visual guidance.

3.1 Front Fork and Handlebar Assembly

  1. Insert the crown race into the fork stem.
  2. Mount the front fork into the frame's head tube.
  3. Add the lock washer and upper cup, then install the handlebars.
  4. Secure the handlebars using the provided Allen wrench, ensuring they are aligned with the front wheel.

3.2 Fender and Saddle Installation

  1. Attach the rear fender to the seat tube using the provided hardware.
  2. Insert the seat post with the saddle into the frame's seat tube.
  3. Adjust the saddle height to ensure the rider's feet can comfortably touch the ground.
  4. Check for proper fender clearance and lock the quick release lever to secure the saddle.

3.3 Brake Lever Adjustment

Adjust the angle of the brake lever for comfortable reach by the rider's hand. Tighten the bolt to secure the lever in place.

4. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the bike's controls and operation for a safe riding experience.

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power button on the handlebar control panel until the LED display illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the LED display turns off.

4.2 Speed Settings

The bike features three speed settings, indicated on the LED display:

  • Speed 1: Approximately 3.1 mph (5 km/h) - Ideal for beginners.
  • Speed 2: Approximately 6.2 mph (10 km/h) - Intermediate speed.
  • Speed 3: Approximately 9.3 mph (15 km/h) - Maximum speed for experienced riders.

Press the 'Gear' button on the control panel to cycle through the speed settings.

4.3 Starting and Acceleration

The bike uses a 'slide start' mechanism for safety:

  1. Kick off the ground to gain initial momentum (similar to a traditional balance bike).
  2. Once moving, gently twist the throttle on the right handlebar to engage the electric assist.

4.4 Braking

The bike is equipped with a reliable rear brake. Squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar to slow down or stop. Apply brakes smoothly to avoid sudden stops.

5. Charging the Battery

The GROWNEER Electric Balance Bike is powered by a 24V lithium battery, offering a range of up to 7 miles on a single charge.

  • Charging Time: Approximately 2.5-3 hours for a full charge.
  • Charging Port: Locate the charging port on the bike frame.
  • Procedure: Connect the charger to the bike's charging port, then plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
  • Battery Care: Do not overcharge the battery. Store the bike in a cool, dry place when not in use. Charge the battery at least once every three months to maintain its health.
