2. Setup
2.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the back of the watch, ensuring proper alignment. Connect the USB end to a compatible power adapter or computer USB port. The watch will display charging progress.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Navigation
The smartwatch features a 1.43-inch AMOLED HD display with touchscreen functionality. Swipe left, right, up, or down to navigate through menus and features. Use the side buttons for quick access to specific functions or to go back.

Customize your watch face from over 200 options available in the app. You can also upload images to create personalized watch faces.
3.3 Health Monitoring
The DM1-F continuously monitors your heart rate (24/7). It also tracks SpO2 (blood oxygen) levels (measure while resting for accuracy), sleep patterns (deep, light, REM, awake), and stress levels. Access these metrics directly on the watch or through the companion app.

The smartwatch supports over 110 sports modes and features built-in L1+L5 dual-frequency high-precision GPS. The watch displays your exercise route with GPS, while the smartphone app shows the map.

Equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, the smartwatch allows you to answer, make, and end calls directly from your wrist. It features a 60-decibel speaker and a noise-cancelling microphone for clear communication. Receive message notifications from SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, TikTok, and other apps. This feature can be easily turned off if not needed.
