4. Setup and Initial Use

4.1 Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge the power bank. The PB512 can be charged via its integrated AC plug.

1. Fold out the AC plug from the device.
2. Plug the device directly into a standard AC wall outlet (100-240V~, 50/60Hz).
3. The digital display will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 2.3 hours.

Note: The power bank itself can only be recharged using the built-in AC plug. It does not support recharging via the USB-C input port or the built-in USB-C cable.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging Devices using AC Charger Mode

When plugged into an AC outlet, the PB512 functions as a 65W wall charger.

1. Plug the PB512 into an AC wall outlet.
2. Connect your device to one of the available output ports:
   • Built-in USB-C cable (up to 65W)
   • USB-C2 port (up to 65W)
   • USB-A port (up to 22.5W/33W)
3. The device will begin charging automatically.

5.2 Charging Devices using Power Bank Mode

When not connected to an AC outlet, the PB512 functions as a 10000mAh power bank, delivering up to 45W output.

1. Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged.
2. Connect your device to one of the available output ports:
   • Built-in USB-C cable (up to 45W)
   • USB-C2 port (up to 45W)
   • USB-A port (up to 22.5W/33W)
3. The digital display will show the remaining battery percentage.

5.3 Simultaneous Charging (Pass-Through)

The PB512 supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge connected devices while the power bank itself is recharging from an AC outlet.

• When using pass-through charging, priority is given to the connected devices.
• Once connected devices are fully charged, the power bank will begin to recharge itself.

5.4 Low Current Mode

For charging low-power devices like earbuds or smartwatches, the PB512 features a low current mode to ensure safe and efficient charging. Refer to the product's detailed specifications or contact support for activation instructions if needed.

7. Maintenance and Care

• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.

• If the device is not used for an extended period, charge it at least once every three months to maintain battery health.

8.1 Device Not Charging

• Check Power Source: Ensure the AC outlet is functional.
• Check Connections: Verify that the power bank's AC plug is fully inserted into the wall outlet.
• Cable Integrity: If charging another device, ensure the charging cable is not damaged and is properly connected.

8.2 Slow Charging

• Cable Quality: Use high-quality, compatible charging cables.
• Device Compatibility: Ensure your device supports fast charging protocols (PD, QC) for optimal speeds.
• Multiple Devices: Charging multiple devices simultaneously will distribute the power, potentially reducing individual charging speeds.

8.3 Digital Display Not Working

• Recharge Device: The battery might be completely depleted. Try charging the power bank.
