2.3 Ports and Controls

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Connecting to a Laptop (USB-C)

For laptops with a full-featured USB-C port (supporting Thunderbolt 3/4/5 or DisplayPort Alt Mode):

1. Connect one end of the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to your laptop's USB-C port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to one of the monitor's USB-C ports.
3. If the laptop's USB-C port can deliver sufficient power (65W recommended), the monitor will power on and display automatically.
4. If the screen is dim or does not power on, connect the provided PD charger to the other USB-C port on the monitor for external power.

3.2 Connecting to a Device (HDMI)

For devices with an HDMI output (e.g., PC, PS5, Xbox, older laptops):

1. Connect one end of the provided HDMI cable to your device's HDMI output.
2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the monitor's HDMI port.
3. Connect the provided PD charger to one of the monitor's USB-C ports for power. The monitor requires external power when using HDMI for video input.

Note: HDMI connections support a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. For 180Hz, a full-featured USB-C connection is required.

3.3 VESA Mounting

The monitor features VESA-compatible 100x100mm mounting holes for use with VESA arms or wall mounts. The screw size required is M4x6mm.

Important: The VESA stand is not included in the package. iPads and smartphones do not support portrait mode.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power/Exit button to turn the monitor on or off.

4.2 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu

The OSD menu allows you to adjust various display settings:

1. Press the Menu/Enter button to open the OSD menu.
2. Use the Up/Brightness+ and Down/Volume- buttons to navigate through menu options.
3. Press Menu/Enter to select an option or confirm a setting.
4. Press the Power/Exit button to go back or exit the OSD menu.

4.3 Brightness and Volume Adjustment

You can quickly adjust brightness and volume without entering the OSD menu:

• Press the Up/Brightness+ button to increase brightness.
• Press the Down/Volume- button to decrease volume.

4.4 Display Modes (Portrait/Landscape)

The monitor supports both portrait and landscape orientations when used with a compatible VESA mount. Adjust the display settings on your connected device (e.g., Windows Display Settings or macOS System Settings) to match the physical orientation of the monitor.

5.1 Cleaning the Screen

To clean the screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, dampen the cloth slightly with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or spraying liquid directly onto the screen.

5.2 Cleaning the Casing

Wipe the monitor casing with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners on the casing.

5.3 Storage

When not in use, store the monitor in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the original packaging or a protective sleeve to prevent scratches and damage during transport or storage.
