3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage and ensure all listed accessories are present.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the interior of the pitcher, the lid, and all accessories (filter bag, measuring cup, cleaning brush) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Placement: Place the nut milk maker on a dry, stable, and level surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure there is enough space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the designated port at the base of the machine, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The FOHERE HB-B106K offers a user-friendly interface with various preset functions. Follow these general steps for operation:

1. Add Ingredients: Open the lid and add your desired ingredients (nuts, grains, fruits, water) into the pitcher. Ensure the liquid level is between the MIN and MAX marks. Refer to the included recipe book for specific ingredient ratios.
2. Secure Lid: Close the lid firmly and align it correctly to engage the safety lock. The machine will not operate if the lid is not properly secured.
3. Select Function: Press the 'Function' button repeatedly to cycle through the available programs (Nut Milk, Oat Milk, Soy Milk, Milkshake, Rice Paste, Juice, Boil Water). The selected function will illuminate on the control panel.
4. Start Operation: Once your desired function is selected, press the 'Start/Cancel' button to begin. The display will show the remaining time.
5. Completion: The machine will beep several times when the program is complete. Unplug the power cord and carefully pour out your freshly prepared beverage.

Specific Functions & Features:

• Nut Milk / Oat Milk / Soy Milk: These modes are designed for grinding and heating ingredients to produce smooth plant-based milks. Expected time for hot nut milk is approximately 30 minutes, cold nut milk is 12 minutes.
• Juice / Milkshake: These modes blend ingredients without heating, ideal for fresh juices and creamy milkshakes. Juicing takes approximately 2 minutes.
• Rice Paste: Prepares smooth rice paste.
• Boil Water: Heats water to boiling temperature. Heating milk or chocolate takes approximately 8 minutes.
• 12H Delay Start: To use this feature, add ingredients, close the lid, press 'Delay Start', set the desired delay time (1-12 hours), then select your function and press 'Start/Cancel'. The machine will begin operation after the set delay.

• 2H Keep Warm: In soymilk mode, the machine can automatically keep the milk warm for up to 2 hours after preparation.
• Adding Ingredients Mid-Cycle: The machine will beep 2 minutes before completing nut milk preparation. This is an ideal time to open the lid and add additional ingredients like milk, sugar, or honey for thorough mixing.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your FOHERE Nut Milk Maker.

1. Automatic Self-Cleaning: After use, add water to the pitcher up to the MAX line. Select the 'Clean' function on the control panel and press 'Start/Cancel'. The machine will perform a 120-second high-temperature cleaning cycle to prevent residue and odors.

2. Manual Cleaning: For better results or stubborn residue, use the provided cleaning brush to gently scrub the interior of the pitcher and around the blades. The lid can be disassembled for thorough cleaning.
3. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
4. Drying & Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.
