1. Product Overview

The Ralcam 360° Articulating Borescope is an industrial inspection camera designed for detailed visual inspection in hard-to-reach areas. 3. Setup Guide

3.1. Assembly

  1. Attach the Probe: Carefully align the connector of the flexible probe with the port on the main handle unit. Gently screw the probe connector clockwise until it is securely fastened. Do not overtighten.
  2. Attach the Display: Align the display unit with the connector on top of the main handle. Push down and rotate the locking ring to secure the display in place.

3.2. Charging the Battery

The device is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery. Before first use, ensure the battery is fully charged.

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the display unit.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator on the device will illuminate. A full charge typically takes several hours.

3.3. Inserting the Micro SD Card

The device supports Micro SD cards for storing images and videos. A 32GB card is typically included.

  1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the display unit.
  2. Insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
