5. Operation

5.1 Adjusting Slicing Thickness

The slicer allows for precise thickness adjustment from 0 to 15 mm:

  • Locate the thickness adjustment dial on the rear of the slicer.
  • Rotate the dial to select your desired slice thickness. Turn towards "THIN" for thinner slices (e.g., 0-5 mm) and towards "THICK" for thicker slices (e.g., 10-15 mm).

5.2 Slicing Food
