Important Safety Information

Setup and Installation

Installation of this chandelier is designed to be straightforward. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power to the junction box is turned off at the circuit breaker.
  2. Prepare Mounting: Attach the mounting crossbar to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. Adjust Height: The chandelier features adjustable suspension cables. Determine your desired hanging height (maximum 35.4 inches) and adjust the cables accordingly. Secure the cables within the canopy.

  5. Wire Connections: Connect the fixture's wires to the corresponding household wires (black to black, white to white, ground to ground) using the provided wire nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
  6. Mount Canopy: Carefully push the canopy up to the ceiling, covering the junction box and wire connections. Secure it in place with the canopy screws.
  7. Install Bulbs: Screw in three E26 base bulbs (not included) into the sockets.
  8. Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

For optimal performance and dimming functionality, use dimmable E26 LED bulbs and a compatible LED dimmer switch (both sold separately).

Operating Instructions

The Maxax LED Ring Chandelier is designed for simple operation.

  • Power On/Off: Use your wall switch to turn the chandelier on or off.
  • Dimming Function: If you have installed dimmable E26 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, you can adjust the light intensity using the dimmer switch.
  • Remote Control: This fixture supports remote control operation. Refer to the separate remote control manual (if included) for pairing and specific functions.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning will help maintain the appearance and performance of your chandelier.

  • Cleaning: Turn off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe the metal frame. For crystal components, use a soft, lint-free cloth, possibly dampened with a mild glass cleaner, then dry immediately.
  • Do Not Use: Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishing agents as they may damage the finish or crystals.
  • Bulb Replacement: Ensure power is off before replacing bulbs. Allow old bulbs to cool completely. Screw in new E26 base bulbs carefully.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your chandelier, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
