4. Setup

Follow these steps for initial assembly and preparation:

  1. Connect the Motor to the Spray Front Body: Align the motor unit with the spray front body and twist until securely locked.
  2. Prepare Paint: Use the included viscosity cup to check and dilute your paint to the recommended consistency. Pour the prepared paint through a paint filter into the 1400ml container.
  3. Attach Container: Screw the paint container securely onto the spray gun body. Ensure the suction pipe is correctly positioned.
  4. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle size (1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.2mm, or 2.6mm) based on your paint's viscosity and desired spray.
  5. Adjust Spray Pattern: Rotate the air cap to select one of three spray patterns: horizontal, vertical, or circular.

5.1. Nozzle Selection

The sprayer includes four nozzle sizes to accommodate various paint types and project needs:

  • 1.5mm Nozzle: For thin materials (10-45 Din/s)
  • 1.8mm Nozzle: For medium materials (45-90 Din/s) - Pre-installed
  • 2.2mm Nozzle: For thicker materials (90-135 Din/s)
  • 2.6mm Nozzle: For very thick materials (135-180 Din/s)

5.2. Spray Pattern Adjustment

Rotate the air cap to switch between three distinct spray patterns:

  • Horizontal: Ideal for vertical surfaces.
  • Vertical: Ideal for horizontal surfaces.
  • Circular: Suitable for small objects or corners.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
