3. Setup and Assembly

- Frame Construction: Assemble the aluminum alloy frame according to the diagrams.
- Panel Installation: Install the polycarbonate panels using the snap-in connection system. Ensure panels are securely fitted into the frame grooves.
- Door and Vent Installation: Attach the sliding door and the adjustable roof vent.

4. Operating Your Greenhouse
- Ventilation: Utilize the 5-level adjustable roof vent to control airflow and temperature inside the greenhouse. Open the vent on warmer days to prevent overheating and close it during cooler periods or at night.
- Access: The sliding door provides convenient entry and exit. Ensure the door slides smoothly on its tracks.
- Light and Heat: The transparent polycarbonate panels are designed to retain heat effectively while allowing ample sunlight for plant growth. They are also treated to resist UV rays.
- Water Management: Integrated rain gutters facilitate water drainage and collection, which can be used for watering plants.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the polycarbonate panels with mild soap and water to ensure maximum light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Frame Inspection: Periodically check the aluminum frame and galvanized base for any signs of wear, corrosion, or loose connections. Tighten bolts as needed.
- Panel Security: Ensure all polycarbonate panels remain securely in their snap-in connections. Re-secure any loose panels promptly.
- Vent and Door Functionality: Lubricate sliding door tracks and vent mechanisms if they become stiff. Keep tracks clear of debris.
- Winter Preparation: While designed for year-round use, consider additional reinforcement or temporary removal of panels in areas prone to heavy snow or extreme winds to prevent structural damage.
6. Troubleshooting
- Panels Popping Out: Ensure all panels are fully seated in their grooves and the snap-in connections are secure. In windy conditions, additional sealant or clips may be considered (not included).
- Sliding Door Off Track: Check the door tracks for debris and ensure they are clean. Carefully lift and re-seat the door onto the tracks.
