2. Important Safety Instructions
Failure to follow these safety instructions can result in serious injury or death. Always operate the generator responsibly.
- Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator outdoors only, far away from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors or in partially enclosed spaces.
- Fire Hazard: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator. Store fuel in an approved container.
- Electrical Shock Hazard: Do not operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are dry and secure. Never touch electrical components with wet hands.
- Hot Surfaces: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid touching hot surfaces to prevent burns.

4. Initial Setup
Before starting your generator for the first time, perform the following steps:
- Add Engine Oil:
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Using the provided funnel, slowly add 4-stroke engine oil (SAE 10W-30 recommended) until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap/dipstick.

- Add Fuel:
- Ensure the generator is off and cool.
- Unscrew the fuel cap.
- Carefully pour fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane) into the fuel tank. Do not overfill. Leave space for fuel expansion.
- Securely replace the fuel cap.

- Positioning: Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, at least 5 feet (1.5 meters) away from any buildings or other equipment. Ensure adequate ventilation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Starting the Generator
Follow these steps to start your generator:

- Open Fuel Tank Vent: Turn the fuel tank vent knob on the fuel cap to the "ON" or "OPEN" position.
- Turn Fuel Valve ON: Rotate the fuel valve lever to the "ON" position.
- Set Choke: If starting a cold engine, move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position. For a warm engine, set it to "RUN".
- Main Switch: Turn the main engine switch to the "ON" position.
- Pull Recoil Starter: Firmly pull the recoil starter handle until the engine starts.
- Adjust Choke: Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
- Eco Mode (Optional): If desired, switch the Eco mode to "ON" for fuel efficiency when power demand is low.
5.2. Connecting Electrical Devices
Once the generator is running stably, you can connect your electrical devices.
- Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's running wattage (3200W).
- Plug devices into the appropriate outlets (230V AC, 12V DC, or 5V USB).

5.3. Stopping the Generator
To safely shut down the generator:
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
- Turn the main engine switch to the "OFF" position.
- Turn the fuel valve lever to the "OFF" position.
- Turn the fuel tank vent knob on the fuel cap to the "OFF" or "CLOSED" position.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your generator.
- Oil Change: Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, then every 50-100 hours or annually. Refer to Figure 6.1 for the oil change process.
- Air Filter Cleaning: Inspect and clean the air filter every 50 hours or more frequently in dusty conditions. Refer to Figure 6.2.
- Spark Plug Inspection: Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually. Clean or replace as needed. Refer to Figure 6.3.
- Storage: For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank and carburetor, or add a fuel stabilizer. Change the engine oil and clean the exterior of the generator. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
