Setup and Assembly

Your Aipas electric bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely.
  3. Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the disc brake rotor is correctly aligned with the caliper. Secure the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.
  4. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the left pedal counter-clockwise and the right pedal clockwise into the crank arms. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
  5. Seat Post and Saddle Adjustment: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height for comfortable riding. Ensure the quick-release lever is securely closed.
  6. Fender and Light Installation: Attach the front and rear fenders, and ensure the headlight and taillight are securely mounted and connected.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Display

The smart LCD display provides real-time ride data including speed, distance, battery level, and current mode. To power on, press and hold the power button on the display. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

Riding Modes and Gear Shifting

Your Aipas electric bike offers 5 riding modes and a 7-speed gear shifting system for versatile riding.
