Loading Grease (Cartridge or Bulk)
The grease gun supports both standard 14 oz grease cartridges and bulk grease. Always use NLGI #0, #1, or #2 grease.

Image: The grease gun is compatible with both 14 oz grease cartridges and bulk grease.
For 14 oz Grease Cartridges:
- Unscrew the barrel from the gun head.
- Pull the plunger rod all the way back and lock it into place.
- Remove both ends of the grease cartridge.
- Insert the cartridge into the barrel.
- Reattach the barrel to the gun head.
- Release the plunger rod.
For Bulk Grease:
- Unscrew the barrel from the gun head.
- Pull the plunger rod all the way back and lock it into place.
- Fill the barrel directly with bulk grease.
- Reattach the barrel to the gun head.
- Release the plunger rod.
Important: After loading grease, it is crucial to purge any air from the system to ensure proper operation. Loosen the air bleed valve (usually a small knob or screw near the hose connection) until grease begins to flow, then tighten it.

Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Ensure the grease gun is properly loaded and air is purged.
- Attach the desired coupler (e.g., lock-on, 90-degree) to the flexible hose or metal extension tube.
- Connect the coupler firmly to the grease fitting on the equipment to be lubricated.
- Press the trigger to dispense grease. Release the trigger to stop the flow.
- Monitor the amount of grease dispensed to avoid over-lubrication.
- After greasing, disconnect the coupler from the fitting.

2-in-1 Rotating Handle
The handle can be rotated to switch between a pistol grip for tight spaces and a straight grip for extended reach or heavy-duty applications.
- Pistol Grip: Ideal for maneuvering in confined areas.
- Straight Grip: Provides better leverage and control for applications requiring more force or reach.

LED Work Light
The integrated LED light illuminates the work area, which is particularly useful in dark or hard-to-reach locations. The light activates automatically when the trigger is pressed.

Flexible Hose and Couplers
The 39-inch flexible hose allows access to grease fittings in challenging locations. The kit includes four versatile couplers:
- Lock-on Coupler: Provides a secure, leak-free connection for hands-free greasing.
- 90° Coupler: Designed for reaching fittings at awkward angles.
- Pointed Tip Coupler: For specific types of grease fittings.
- Straight Coupling: Standard coupler for general use.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Keep the tool clean and free of grease and debris. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Storage: Store the grease gun in its carrying case in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children. Remove the battery pack before storage.
- Couplers and Hose: Regularly inspect couplers and the flexible hose for wear or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately to prevent leaks and ensure efficient operation.
- Plunger Rod: Ensure the plunger rod moves freely. If it becomes stiff, clean it and apply a light lubricant.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No grease flow | Air trapped in the system | Purge air by loosening the air bleed valve until grease flows, then retighten. |
| No grease flow | Empty grease cartridge/barrel | Replace grease cartridge or refill with bulk grease. |
| No grease flow | Clogged coupler or fitting | Clean or replace the coupler. Clean the grease fitting on the equipment. |
| Gun not turning on | Battery not installed correctly or discharged | Ensure battery is fully seated. Charge or replace the battery. |
| Grease leakage | Loose connections or damaged hose/coupler | Tighten all connections. Inspect and replace damaged hose or couplers. |
