3. Setup

  1. Unpack the Generator: Carefully remove the generator and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Add Engine Oil: Before first use, add the recommended engine oil (refer to specifications for type and capacity) using the provided funnel. Do not overfill.
  3. Add Fuel: Open the fuel tank cap and fill with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Ensure the fuel filter is in place. Do not overfill.
  4. Ground the Generator: Connect a grounding wire to the ground protection terminal and a suitable ground source to prevent electrical shock.
  5. Position the Generator: Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from windows, doors, and vents. Maintain at least 5 feet of clearance from combustible materials.

4. Operating Instructions

Starting the Generator:

  1. Ensure the generator is properly set up and grounded.
  2. Turn the fuel tank cap switch to the "ON" position.
  3. If starting a cold engine, turn the engine switch to the "CHOKE" position. For a warm engine, turn it to "ON".
  4. Pull the starter handle firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.
  5. Once the engine starts, slowly move the engine switch from "CHOKE" to "ON" (if applicable).
  6. Allow the generator to run for a few minutes to warm up before connecting electrical loads.

Connecting Electrical Loads:

  1. Ensure the generator is running stably.
  2. Plug in your appliances or tools into the appropriate AC 120V, DC 12V, or USB sockets.
  3. Do not exceed the generator's rated running wattage (1900W) or peak wattage (2500W). Overloading will trigger the Overload Indicator and shut off AC output.
  4. If an overload occurs, reduce the load and press the AC Reset Button.

ECO Mode:

To activate ECO mode, switch the ECO switch to "ON". In this mode, the engine speed automatically adjusts to the connected load, reducing fuel consumption and noise levels. For full power output, switch ECO mode to "OFF".

Stopping the Generator:

  1. Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
  2. Allow the generator to run for a few minutes without load to cool down.
  3. Turn the engine switch to the "OFF" position.
  4. Turn the fuel tank cap switch to the "OFF" position.
