4.1. Basic Sealing (Creating a Bag from a Roll)
- Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
- Place one end of the vacuum bag roll onto the sealing strip, ensuring it is flat and centered.
- Close the lid firmly until you hear two distinct "clicks" on both sides, indicating it is locked.

- Place the food item into a vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 2-3 inches of space between the food and the open end of the bag.

- 'Gentle' Pressure: For delicate foods to prevent crushing.
- 'Normal' Pressure: For standard food items.
- 'Single/Double Seal': Choose for desired seal strength.
- 'Manual/High Temperature Seal': For specific sealing needs.
- Press the 'Vac & Seal' button. The machine will automatically remove air from the bag and then seal it. The digital countdown display will show the progress.
- Once the process is complete, press the release buttons on both sides to open the lid and remove the vacuum-sealed bag.
4.3. Using the External Vacuum Hose
The external vacuum hose allows you to vacuum seal containers and jars designed for vacuum sealing. Connect the hose to the accessory port on the machine and to the port on your container. 6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your vacuum sealer.

Figure 6: Images illustrating the compact design for easy storage in a drawer and the simple cleaning process of the stainless steel surface.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Detachable Sink: The built-in detachable sink can be removed for easy cleaning of any food residue or liquids. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before reinserting.
- Gasket and Sealing Strip: Inspect the vacuum gasket and sealing strip regularly for any food particles or damage. Clean them gently with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry and free of debris to maintain an effective seal.
- Storage: Store the vacuum sealer in a dry place. It is recommended to leave the lid slightly ajar when not in use to prevent compression of the gaskets, which can affect sealing performance over time.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your vacuum sealer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Machine does not power on:
- Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the machine and a working electrical outlet.
- Check the power outlet by plugging in another appliance.
- Bag does not vacuum properly:
- Ensure the lid is firmly closed and locked with two clicks.
- Check that the open end of the bag is placed correctly within the vacuum chamber and over the vacuum gasket.
- Inspect the vacuum gasket for any food particles or damage. Clean or replace if necessary.
- Ensure the bag is specifically designed for vacuum sealing.
- Bag does not seal properly:
- Ensure the bag is placed flat across the sealing strip.
- Allow 25 seconds between sealing operations for the heating element to cool.
- Check the sealing strip for any residue or damage. Clean or replace if necessary.
- Ensure the correct sealing mode (e.g., Dry/Moist, Single/Double Seal) is selected for the bag and contents.
- Air leaks into sealed bag:
- Inspect the bag for punctures or tears.
