5.3 Smart LCD Display
The LCD display shows important information such as current speed, battery level, and PAS level. Use the control buttons near the display to cycle through information or adjust settings.
5.4 Gear Shifting
The 7-speed Shimano gears allow you to adjust your pedaling effort to match terrain and speed. Use the shifter on the handlebar to change gears smoothly. Shift to lower gears for climbing hills and higher gears for flat terrain or downhill riding.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your WINDHORSE F2 Electric Bike.
- Cleaning: Clean your e-bike regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid high-pressure washing directly on electrical components.
- Chain Lubrication: Lubricate the chain every 100-150 miles or after riding in wet conditions to ensure smooth gear changes and prevent rust.
- Brake Inspection: Periodically check brake pads for wear and brake cables for tension. Adjust or replace as needed.
- Tire Care: Maintain correct tire pressure. Inspect tires for cuts, punctures, or excessive wear.
- Fasteners: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and quick-release levers to ensure they are securely tightened.
- Battery Storage: If storing the bike for an extended period, charge the battery to 50-70% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 1-2 months to prevent deep discharge.
7. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| E-bike does not power on | Battery not charged or not properly inserted; loose electrical connection. | Charge battery; ensure battery is fully inserted and locked; check all cable connections. |
