1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the NineSky CT2 Dehumidifier. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Always place the dehumidifier on a stable, level surface to prevent water spillage.
• Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is properly plugged into a grounded outlet.
• Do not block the air inlet or outlet. Maintain at least 8 inches (20 cm) clearance around the unit.
• Do not immerse the unit, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
• Unplug the dehumidifier before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use the appliance in areas where flammable liquids or gases are stored.

2. Product Overview

The NineSky CT2 Dehumidifier utilizes advanced semiconductor condensation technology to efficiently remove excess moisture from the air, creating a more comfortable living environment. It features a 95 oz (2.8L) water tank and is suitable for areas up to 1000 sq.ft.

3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space around all sides for proper airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture. The unit is suitable for various rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and basements.

3. Power Connection: Plug the power adapter into the dehumidifier's power port, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet (100-220V).
4. Water Tank: Ensure the water tank is correctly inserted into the unit. The dehumidifier will not operate if the tank is not properly seated.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power Button () once to turn the unit on. Press it again to turn it off.
2. Mode Selection: Press the Mode Button () to switch between operating modes:
   • High Speed Mode: For rapid dehumidification. The fan operates at a higher speed.
   • Night Mode: For quiet operation and a light-free environment, ideal for sleeping. The fan operates at a lower speed, and all indicator lights are off.
3. LED Light Control: Press the Light Button () to cycle through the LED light options:
   • 1st Press: Displays the current color.
   • 2nd Press: Turns the LED light off.
   • 3rd Press: Activates the 7-color automatic cycling mode.

4. Automatic Shut-Off: The dehumidifier will automatically shut off when the water tank is full. An indicator light (if not in Night Mode) will illuminate, and the unit will beep to alert you. Empty the water tank and reinsert it correctly to resume operation.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Emptying the Water Tank

1. When the water tank is full, the dehumidifier will stop operating and an indicator will light up.
2. Carefully pull out the water tank from the back of the unit.
3. Pour out the collected water.
4. Rinse the water tank with clean water if necessary. Do not use harsh detergents.
5. Reinsert the empty water tank firmly into the dehumidifier until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.

5.2 Cleaning the Dehumidifier

• Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Air Inlet/Outlet: Periodically check the air inlet and outlet for dust accumulation. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to gently remove any dust.
• Internal Components: Do not attempt to clean internal components beyond what is described in this manual. Contact customer support if internal cleaning is required.
