3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Position the dispenser on a level, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation (at least 4 inches from walls).
  3. Install Water Bottle: Remove the cap from a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Place the bottle onto the smart seat at the top of the dispenser. Ensure it is seated firmly and water begins to flow into the internal tanks.
  4. Prime the System: Before plugging in, open the hot water tap and allow water to flow until it runs smoothly. This ensures the hot water tank is filled and prevents dry-boiling.
  5. Connect Power: Once water flows from the hot water tap, plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  6. Activate Heating/Cooling: Locate the power switches on the back of the unit. Turn on the switch for cold water (usually green) and hot water (usually red) if desired. The indicator lights on the front panel will illuminate.

ATTENTION: DO NOT PLUG IN THE POWER SOCKET UNTIL WATER FLOWS DOWN AFTER OPENING THE HOT WATER TAP.

4. Operating Instructions

Dispensing Water:

  • Place a cup under the desired water tap (red for hot, blue for cold).
  • For cold water, simply press the blue lever.
  • For hot water, first press the child security lock button (usually red) located above the red lever, then press the red lever to dispense. Release the lever to stop the flow.

Child Security Lock:

The hot water tap is equipped with a child security lock to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water and potential burns. Always engage this lock when not actively dispensing hot water, especially in households with children.

  • The smart seat (where the water bottle rests) is also removable for easy cleaning.
  • Clean it with mild soap and water to prevent dirt buildup.
