6.2 Storage

When not in use, store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the USB wireless receiver is securely stored in its dedicated compartment on the mouse's underside to prevent loss.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding:
    1. Ensure the mouse is charged. Connect it via USB-C cable to check if it powers on.
    2. Verify the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse is set correctly (2.4G for dongle, BT for Bluetooth, or wired for cable connection).
    3. For 2.4GHz mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
    4. For Bluetooth mode, re-pair the mouse with your device.
    5. Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer to isolate the issue.
  • Intermittent connectivity:
    1. Ensure there are no strong interference sources (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects) near the mouse or receiver.
    2. Move the mouse closer to the receiver or Bluetooth-enabled device.
    3. Update your computer's Bluetooth drivers or USB drivers.
  • DPI settings not changing:
    1. Ensure the mouse is powered on and connected.
    2. Press the DPI button on the underside of the mouse to cycle through preset DPI levels.
    3. If using custom settings, ensure the driver software is installed and running, and that changes have been applied.
