Important Safeguards

Please read all instructions carefully before using the GDOR Smart Nut Milk Maker. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the motor base or power cord in water or other liquids.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe personal injury and/or damage to the appliance.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.

  • Ensure the lid is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
  • Do not overfill the container. Observe the maximum fill line.

Setup

Unpacking and Initial Cleaning:

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Wash the blending jar (inner pot), lid, nut milk bag, measuring cup, cleaning brush, and fine mesh strainer with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  4. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly and use.

Assembly:

  1. Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Ensure the blending jar is properly seated on the motor base.
  3. Place the lid securely on top of the blending jar.
  4. Connect the power cable to the appliance and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

General Operating Steps:

  1. Add ingredients to the blending jar. Ensure ingredients and liquid do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  2. Securely place the lid on the blending jar.
  3. Plug in the appliance. The display will illuminate.
  4. Press the "Menu" button to cycle through the available programs (Nut Milk, Oat Milk, Soy Milk, Milk Shake, Fruit Juice, Boil Water, Heating-122F, Self-Clean).
  5. Once the desired program is selected, press the "Start/Cancel" button to begin operation.
  6. To cancel a program at any time, press the "Start/Cancel" button.

Specific Program Functions:

  • Nut Milk (Approx. 8 minutes): For making various nut milks. Soak nuts as required by recipe before adding.
  • Oat Milk (Approx. 6 minutes): For preparing oat milk.
  • Soy Milk (Approx. 35 minutes): For preparing soy milk. Soaking soybeans is recommended.
  • Milk Shake (Approx. 3 minutes): For blending milkshakes.
  • Fruit Juice (Approx. 3 minutes): For making fresh fruit juices.
  • Boil Water (Approx. 10 minutes): Heats water to boiling temperature.
  • Heating-122F (Keep Warm, Approx. 2 hours): Maintains the temperature of contents at approximately 122°F (50°C) for up to 2 hours after a program finishes or can be selected independently.

  • Delay Start (Up to 12 hours): Allows you to set a delayed start time for your chosen program.
    1. Add ingredients and secure the lid.
    2. Press "Menu" to select your desired program.
    3. Press "Delay Start". The display will show a default delay time.
    4. Press "Delay Start" repeatedly to adjust the delay time in increments.
    5. Press "Start/Cancel" to confirm the delay. The machine will start the selected program after the set delay time.

  • Self-Clean (Approx. 1 minute): For quick cleaning of the inner pot and blades.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your GDOR Smart Nut Milk Maker.

After Each Use:

  1. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
  2. Allow the appliance to cool down if it has been used for heating programs.
  3. Self-Clean Function:
    • Add approximately 2 cups of water and a drop of dish soap to the blending jar.
    • Secure the lid.
    • Select the "Self-Clean" program and press "Start/Cancel".
    • After the cycle, discard the water, rinse the jar, and dry thoroughly.
  4. Manual Cleaning:
    • For stubborn residue, use the provided cleaning brush to gently scrub the inner pot and around the blades. Exercise caution as blades are sharp.
    • Wash the lid, nut milk bag, measuring cup, and strainer with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
    • Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
