Setup

Initial Power On and Time Setting

Normal Time Display

In normal mode, the watch displays the hour, minute, second, and day of the week. The 12/24 hour format can be selected during time setting.

Using the LED Backlight

Using the Stopwatch

Enter Stopwatch Mode: From the normal time display, press the MODE button once. The display will show "00:00:00".
Start/Stop: Press the START button to begin timing. Press START again to pause.
Reset: While paused, press the RESET button to clear the stopwatch to "00:00:00".
Exit Stopwatch Mode: Press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.
