4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Assembling the Stand

The Eastar EUP-80 Digital Piano comes with a detachable stand. Follow these steps to assemble it:

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Attach the four legs to the main piano body using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  3. Place the assembled piano on a stable, flat surface.

4.2 Connecting the Sustain Pedal

Connect the sustain pedal cable to the "PEDAL" port located on the rear panel of the piano.

4.3 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the "DC 12V" power interface on the rear panel of the piano, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

4.4 Music Stand Placement

Insert the music stand into the designated slot on top of the piano.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button (usually located on the control panel) to turn the piano on or off.

5.2 Volume Control

Adjust the master volume using the VOLUME knob on the control panel. Rotate clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.

5.3 Selecting Tones, Rhythms, and Demo Songs

Use the TONE/DEMO/RHYTHM button to cycle through modes. Once a mode is selected, use the NEXT button or specific number keys (if available) to select the desired tone, rhythm, or demo song.

5.4 Metronome Function

Press the METRONOME button to activate the metronome. Adjust the tempo using the appropriate controls (refer to the specific button layout on your piano).

5.5 Advanced Functions (Split, Chord, Record, Transpose)

The EUP-80 includes various advanced functions accessible via dedicated buttons or combinations with the FUNCTION button.

6. Connectivity

The Eastar EUP-80 offers several ports for connecting to external devices:
