2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

The Eastar EUP-110 Digital Piano is designed for straightforward assembly. It is recommended that two people work together due to the substantial weight of the unit, ensuring stability during the process. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included assembly guide.

4.2 Placement

Choose a suitable location for your digital piano. Ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent wobbling. Consider proximity to a power outlet and avoid areas with extreme temperatures or humidity fluctuations.

4.3 Connecting the Pedals

Connect the triple pedal unit to the designated PEDAL port on the rear of the piano. Ensure the connection is secure.

4.4 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the DC 12V power socket on the rear of the piano, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the POWER button located on the control panel to turn the piano on or off.

5.2 Volume Control

Rotate the VOLUME knob on the control panel to adjust the overall sound output level.

5.3 Voice Selection (Tones)

The EUP-110 features 238 different tones. Use the VOICE button and the navigation controls (or number keys, if available) to select your desired instrument sound. The LCD screen will display the currently selected voice.

5.4 Rhythm and Demo Functions

Access 200 rhythms and 100 demo songs using the dedicated RHYTHM and DEMO buttons. Follow the on-screen prompts to select and play.

5.5 Metronome

Activate the built-in metronome by pressing the METRONOME button. Adjust the tempo as needed for practice.

5.6 Recording Function

The piano includes a recording capability. Press the RECORD button to start recording your performance and REC.PLAY to listen back.

5.7 Headphone Use

For silent practice, connect headphones to the PHONE jack on the rear panel. The internal speakers will automatically mute.

5.8 Advanced Functions

The EUP-110 offers various advanced features accessible via the FUNCTION button and the LCD screen:

  • Dual Voice: Layer two different instrument sounds simultaneously.
  • Split Keyboard: Divide the keyboard into two sections, each with a different voice.
  • Auto Chord: Automatically generate chords based on single key presses.
  • Transpose: Shift the pitch of the entire keyboard up or down.
  • Intro/Ending Accompaniment: Add introductory and ending musical phrases to rhythms.
  • Sync Start: Start rhythm accompaniment in sync with your playing.

5.9 Wireless Connectivity (Bluetooth)

5.10 MIDI IN/OUT

7. Maintenance

  • Key Care: Keep the keys clean. If they become dirty, wipe them with a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap solution, then wipe dry.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, cover the piano to protect it from dust. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Transportation: When moving the piano, ensure it is powered off and all cables are disconnected. Handle with care to avoid damage.

8. Troubleshooting
