1. Introduction

3. Setup Guide

3.1. Battery Installation

  1. Unscrew the tail cap or the head of the flashlight by twisting it counter-clockwise.
  2. Insert the included rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery (CR5 type) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (positive end towards the light head).
  3. Carefully screw the tail cap or head back on clockwise until it is securely tightened. Ensure the O-rings are properly seated to maintain the waterproof seal.

3.2. Charging the Battery

  1. Remove the battery from the flashlight as described in section 3.1.
  2. Place the battery into the provided external battery charger.
  3. Connect the charger to a power source using the included cable.
  4. Monitor the charger's indicator light for charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.
  5. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger and reinstall it into the flashlight.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The APLOS AP150 features a rotary switch for easy control:

  1. To turn the light ON, rotate the switch clockwise from the OFF position.
  2. Continue rotating the switch clockwise to cycle through the four lighting modes: High (15000 lumens) > Medium (7000 lumens) > Low (2000 lumens) > SOS (7000 lumens).
  3. To turn the light OFF, rotate the switch counter-clockwise back to the OFF position.

4.2. Battery Level Indicator

The flashlight is equipped with a battery level indicator light on the switch:

  • Green Light: Battery level is between 50% and 100%.
  • Yellow Light: Battery level is between 20% and 50%.
  • Red Light: Battery level is below 20%. Recharge the battery promptly.

5. Maintenance

  • Rinsing: After each use in saltwater, thoroughly rinse the dive light with fresh water to prevent corrosion and salt buildup.
  • O-Ring Care: Regularly inspect the O-rings for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Keep them clean and lightly lubricated with silicone grease to maintain a watertight seal. Replace damaged O-rings immediately using the provided spares.
  • Battery Care: Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods.
  • Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the flashlight with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6. Troubleshooting
