Introduction
Thank you for choosing the HAPPYRUN G52 Electric Bike. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new e-bike. Please read this manual thoroughly before your first ride and keep it for future reference. Proper understanding and adherence to these instructions will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your HAPPYRUN G52.
Safety Guidelines
Your safety is paramount. Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding. Familiarize yourself with local traffic laws and regulations for electric bicycles. Perform a pre-ride inspection before each use, checking brakes, tires, battery, and all connections.
- Always wear a helmet and protective gear.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened before each ride.
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Be aware of your surroundings and traffic conditions.
- Avoid riding in adverse weather conditions or on slippery surfaces.
- Children should only use the rear seat if they are under 33 lbs (15 kg). Exceeding this weight may cause motor damage and void the warranty.

The HAPPYRUN G52 Electric Bike comes 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly and prepare your bike for its first ride.
Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Keep the original packaging for at least 30 days for potential returns.

Component Installation
- Handlebar Installation: Secure the handlebars to the stem using the provided tools. Ensure they are centered and tightened to the recommended torque.
- Front Wheel and Brake Rotor: Attach the front brake rotor to the front wheel hub. Then, install the front wheel into the fork, ensuring the brake rotor aligns correctly with the caliper. Tighten the axle nuts securely.
- Tire Inflation: Inflate both front and rear tires to the recommended pressure (check sidewall for PSI range). Ensure the tire beads are properly seated on the rim.
- Headlight and Front Fender: Mount the headlight to the front fork using the bracket and screws. Connect the headlight cable. Install the front fender above the front wheel.
- Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Use a wrench to secure them firmly.
- Rear Seat/Backrest: If desired, attach the rear seat and backrest to the rear rack using the provided hardware.
- Battery Insertion: Insert the 48V 18Ah removable battery into its compartment in the frame. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
