3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your ELEMARA 24V Truck. It is recommended to have two adults for assembly.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Refer to the "What's in the Box" section to ensure all items are present.
2. Connect Motor Wires: Connect the drive motor wires to the corresponding cables on both sides of the vehicle body. Ensure a secure connection.

3. Attach Wheels: Slide each wheel onto its axle. Secure with the provided washers and nuts. Ensure wheels spin freely but are firmly attached.

4. Install Sun Shade: Attach the sun shade frame to the designated mounting points on the vehicle. Secure with screws or clips as instructed.
5. Connect Battery: Connect the battery terminals according to the markings (+ to + and - to -). Ensure a tight connection.
6. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the battery for 8-12 hours. Refer to the "Charging the Battery" section for details.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

• Insert the key into the ignition and turn to the ON position to power on the vehicle.
• Turn the key to the OFF position to power off.

4.2 Driving Modes

The ELEMARA 24V Truck offers two driving modes:

• Manual Steering: The child can operate the vehicle using the steering wheel and foot pedal.
• Remote Control Riding: An adult can control the vehicle using the provided remote control. This is ideal for younger children or for safety intervention.

4.3 Soft Start Feature

The vehicle is powered by a 24V 10AH battery, providing extended play time.

• Charging Time: 8-12 hours for a full charge.
• Play Time: Approximately 1.5 hours on a full charge, depending on usage and terrain.

• Cleaning: Wipe the vehicle with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Do not spray water directly onto electrical components.
• Battery Care:
  • Charge the battery fully after each use.
  • If storing for extended periods, charge the battery every 30 days to maintain its lifespan.
  • Do not overcharge the battery.
• Storage: Store the vehicle in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Inspections: Regularly check all screws, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Inspect wheels and tires for wear.
