4. Setup
The F2100B system is designed for quick and easy connection. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Power Requirements: Ensure your power supply provides DC +24V and has a power output greater than 80W.
- Connect Terminals and Plugs: Utilize the provided terminals and plugs for secure and practical connections to your CNC cutting machine equipment. Refer to your machine's specific wiring diagram for correct pin assignments.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On/Off
Connect the DC +24V power supply to the system. The 7-inch HD LCD display will illuminate. To power off, disconnect the power supply.
5.2. Interface Overview
The control system features a 7-inch 800 x 480 HD 16 million color high brightness LCD display for clear and accurate observation of operations and parameters. The compact keyboard design allows for comprehensive manual input and control.

5.3. Keyboard Functions
The keyboard is divided into several sections for intuitive control:
- Function Keys (F1-F8): These keys provide quick access to common operations such as Ignition, Preheat, Arc, Heighten, Cut Oxy, and IO off.
- Alphanumeric Keys: For entering numerical values and text.
- Navigation Keys: Arrow keys for menu navigation and parameter adjustment.
- Control Keys: ESC, Shift, Space, Del, Enter, Start, Stop, F+HOME, F-END, S↑/PgUp, S↓/PgDn.

5.4. Language Selection
The system supports multiple languages, including Chinese, English, and Spanish. Language switching can be performed with a single click through the system settings menu.

The F2100B supports a maximum of 80,000 program lines and a maximum single program size of 4MB. User-available program space is 256MB on the electronic hard disk.

A USB 1.1 front interface is provided, supporting U disks of at least 16GB for program transfer and data management.
