Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your LELO Switch for 2 hours. The device is USB-rechargeable. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the device and to a USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.

App Connection

To unlock additional modes and remote control features, download the LELO app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your LELO Switch via Bluetooth.

Maintenance

Cleaning

The LELO Switch is fully waterproof (IPX7 certified), allowing for easy cleaning. Wash the device thoroughly with warm water and a mild, toy-safe soap after each use. Rinse well and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaners containing alcohol, petroleum, or acetone, as these can damage the silicone.

Storage

Store your LELO Switch in the provided satin pouch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it separate from other toys made of different materials to prevent material degradation.

Travel Lock

To activate the travel lock, hold the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. This prevents accidental activation during travel or storage. To deactivate, repeat the same action.

Troubleshooting

Device does not turn on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try charging it for another 30 minutes.
Vibrations are weak or inconsistent: The battery might be low. Recharge the device. If the issue persists, ensure the device is clean and free of debris.
Cannot connect to the LELO app: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the LELO Switch is turned on and within range. Try restarting both the device and the app.
Device is unresponsive: If the device becomes unresponsive, try performing a soft reset by charging it for a few minutes. If issues continue, contact LELO customer support.
