3. Setup

3.1. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your AIVOLT Leaf Blower Vacuum Mulcher:

1. Attach Blower/Vacuum Tubes: Connect the appropriate tubes to the main unit. Ensure they click securely into place.
2. Install Wheels: Attach the adaptive wheels to the bottom of the tube. For vacuuming, position the wheels in the innermost slot (towards the body of the device) for better balance. For blowing, adjust them to the outermost slot (towards the nozzle).
3. Attach Collection Bag: Secure the 40L collection bag to the vacuum intake port. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent debris leakage.
4. Attach Auxiliary Handle: Secure the auxiliary handle to the main unit for improved control and comfort during operation.
5. Attach Carrying Belt: Connect the carrying belt to the designated attachment points on the unit and the collection bag. Adjust the strap for a comfortable fit over your shoulder.

3.2. Battery Installation and Charging

Your AIVOLT tool comes with two 4.0Ah lithium-ion batteries and a dual charger.

1. Charging Batteries: Insert both batteries into the dual-port charger. The charger will indicate when charging is in progress and when it is complete. A full charge typically takes 2 hours.
2. Installing Batteries: Slide the charged battery packs into the battery slots on the main unit until they click into place. Ensure they are firmly seated.

4. Operating Modes

4.1. Blower Mode

To use the tool as a leaf blower:

1. Ensure the selector lever is set to the blowing mode.
2. Press the power button to turn on the unit.
3. Adjust the air speed using the speed control buttons (Modes 1-4). For stubborn debris, press the TURBO button for a temporary boost up to 160 MPH.
4. Direct the nozzle towards leaves and debris to clear surfaces.

4.2. Vacuum & Mulcher Mode

To use the tool for vacuuming and mulching leaves:

1. Ensure the selector lever is set to the vacuum mode.
2. Verify the 40L collection bag is securely attached and zipped closed.
3. Press the power button to turn on the unit.
4. Guide the vacuum nozzle over leaves and debris. The mulcher will automatically reduce the volume of leaves by 10:1 as they are collected in the bag.
5. When the bag is full, turn off the unit, detach the bag, and empty it using the bottom zip.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

• Always remove batteries before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the tool with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Periodically check the mulching impeller for debris buildup and clean as necessary.
• Empty the collection bag after each use to prevent mildew and maintain optimal performance.

5.2. Storage

• Store the tool in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Ensure batteries are fully charged before long-term storage.
• Keep the tool out of reach of children.

6. Troubleshooting
