2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and stickers from the appliance.
- Cleaning: Wash the air fryer basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of space around the unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
- Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell or smoke may occur, which is normal and will dissipate.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking. The 6.34QT capacity is suitable for 2-5 people.
- Insert Basket: Slide the air fryer basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Plug in the appliance. The digital display will illuminate.
- Select Function:
- Using Presets: The air fryer features 12 preset cooking functions (e.g., French Fries, Roast, Bake, Reheat, Dehydrate, Steam, Chicken, Steak, Seafood, Cake, Wings). Press the "MENU" button repeatedly or use the dedicated preset buttons on the touch panel to select your desired function. Each preset has a default time and temperature.
- Manual Adjustment: To manually set time and temperature, press the "Time/Temp" button, then use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the cooking time (up to 60 minutes) and temperature (up to 400°F / 200°C).
- Start Cooking: Press the "Start/Pause" button to begin the cooking cycle.
- Monitor Cooking: Utilize the built-in viewing window and oven light to observe the cooking process without opening the basket, minimizing heat loss.
- Shake/Flip (Optional): For some foods, it is recommended to shake or flip the ingredients halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning. Pull out the basket, shake/flip, and then reinsert. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
- End of Cycle: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the food to a serving plate.

5.2. Cooking Tips
- Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ingredients.
- A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer cooking time.
- Adding a little oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result is recommended.
- Do not cook extremely greasy ingredients in the air fryer.
- Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
