The mouse includes six programmable buttons. To customize these buttons, download the official KYSONA software from the manufacturer's website. The software allows you to assign macros, hotkeys, and other functions to each button.

The KYSONA Jupiter SE mouse is equipped with a high-efficiency power system providing up to 300 hours of battery life. When the battery is low, the LED indicator will typically flash red. Connect the mouse using the USB-C cable to charge. The mouse can be used while charging in wired mode.

To preserve battery life, the mouse features an intelligent sleep mode that activates after a period of inactivity. Move the mouse or click a button to wake it up.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild electronic cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the mouse's surface and coating.

7.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the mouse is turned off to conserve battery.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding:
    • Ensure the mouse is charged.
    • Check the connectivity mode switch (2.4G, BT, Wired) on the underside of the mouse.
    • For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. Try a different USB port.
    • For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired. Try re-pairing.
    • Try connecting the mouse in wired mode to rule out wireless issues.
  • Cursor movement is erratic or inaccurate:
    • Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
    • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
    • Check for any wireless interference if using 2.4G or Bluetooth.
  • Buttons not working:
    • Ensure the mouse is properly connected.
    • If using custom button assignments, check the KYSONA software settings.
