3. Setup
3.1 Physical Placement
Proper placement of the soundbar, subwoofer, and surround speakers is crucial for optimal audio performance.
- Soundbar: Place the soundbar centrally below your television. Ensure no objects obstruct the front or top-firing speakers. The soundbar can be placed on a flat surface or wall-mounted using the included brackets.
- Subwoofer: Position the wireless subwoofer anywhere in the room. For best bass response, experiment with different locations.
- Detachable Surround Speakers: For 7.1.4 channel surround sound, detach the wireless speakers from the main soundbar unit and place them behind your listening position. Ensure they are within wireless range of the soundbar.
3.2 Connections
Connect the soundbar to your television and other audio sources.
- HDMI eARC (Recommended): Connect the HDMI OUT (TV ARC/TV eARC) port on the soundbar to the HDMI ARC/eARC port on your television using the provided HDMI cable. This enables uncompressed Dolby Atmos surround sound and allows TV remote control of the soundbar.
- Additional HDMI Inputs: For external devices like gaming consoles or media players, connect them to the HDMI IN 1, HDMI IN 2, or HDMI IN 3 ports on the soundbar. The soundbar supports 4K Dolby Vision passthrough.
- Optical: If your TV does not have an HDMI ARC/eARC port, connect an optical cable from your TV's optical output to the OPTICAL port on the soundbar. Note that optical connection does not support Dolby Atmos.
- Power: Connect the power cords to the soundbar and subwoofer, then plug them into a power outlet.

- Attaching: Align the speakers with the magnetic connectors on the ends of the soundbar and gently push until they click into place.
- Detaching: Firmly pull the speakers away from the main soundbar unit.
- Charging: When attached, the speakers charge from the soundbar. When detached, they can be charged using a USB-C cable (not included) connected to their individual USB-C ports.
