Familiarize yourself with the various parts of the router before proceeding with installation.
Locate the SIM card slot on the router. Insert a Nano SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly. Push the SIM card gently until it clicks into place.
Screw the provided antennas onto the corresponding connectors on the router. Ensure they are securely tightened. For optimal performance, position the antennas vertically.
The router is primarily powered by its integrated 12W solar panel and 18000mAh battery. Ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight for charging. For initial setup or if the battery is depleted, you can use the USB charge port (5V input) with a compatible power adapter.
The router is designed for outdoor installation and can be mounted in various ways to optimize solar charging and signal reception. Use the provided mounting bracket and hardware for either pole or wall mounting.
Once the router is powered on and the SIM card is inserted, it will broadcast a WiFi signal. The default WiFi network name (SSID) and password (key) can typically be found on a label on the back or bottom of the router. Connect your devices (phone, tablet, laptop) to this WiFi network using the provided credentials.
For wired devices, connect an Ethernet cable from the router's network port to your device's Ethernet port. This provides a stable and high-speed connection.
The router provides 4G LTE to WiFi conversion with an outdoor coverage of 100m-150m. Ensure the router is placed in an area with good 4G signal strength for optimal performance. The indicator lights will help you assess the power and charging status.
