5.3 Liquid Suction
- Ensure the HEPA filter is removed from the dirty water tank.
- Attach the extension tubes and the floor brush (without bristles) or a suitable liquid suction tool.
- Plug in and turn on the vacuum cleaner.
- Vacuum liquids directly. Monitor the dirty water tank level to prevent overfilling.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your vacuum cleaner.
6.1 Emptying and Cleaning Tanks
- After each wet use, or when the dirty water tank is full, unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Unlatch and remove the motor unit from the dirty water tank.
- Carefully empty the 20L dirty water tank. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry.
- Empty any remaining solution from the 4L clean water tank and rinse it.
- Reassemble the tanks and motor unit once dry.
6.2 Filter Maintenance
- For dry vacuuming, regularly check the HEPA filter for dust and debris.
- To clean the HEPA filter, gently tap it against a hard surface to dislodge dust. If heavily soiled, it can be rinsed under running water.
- Important: Ensure the HEPA filter is completely dry before re-installing it for dry vacuuming. Using a wet filter can damage the motor.
- Replace the HEPA filter periodically (e.g., every 6-12 months, depending on usage) to maintain optimal filtration and suction power.
