2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Fueling the Heater

4.2 Exhaust System Connection

4.3 Power Connection

The heater supports 110V AC, 12V DC, and 24V DC power inputs.

  1. For 110V AC operation, connect the provided power adapter to the heater and then to a standard wall outlet.
  2. For 12V/24V DC operation, use the appropriate DC power cables to connect the heater to a compatible battery source. Ensure correct polarity.
  3. Confirm the power connection is secure before proceeding.

4.4 Initial Priming

Before first use or after running out of fuel, the fuel system may need priming to remove air. Refer to the on-screen instructions on the control panel or the HCALORY app for the priming procedure.

5. Operation

5.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the heater on or off. The display will show the current status.

5.2 Using the Remote Control

The wireless remote control allows you to manage the heater from a distance. It features a built-in thermostat for accurate temperature sensing at the remote's location.

  • Temperature Adjustment: Use the arrow buttons to set the desired temperature.
  • Mode Selection: Cycle through available operating modes (e.g., constant heat, temperature-controlled).

5.4 Altitude Mode

The heater automatically detects and adjusts its fuel-to-air ratio for optimal combustion at altitudes up to 18,000 feet. The current altitude is displayed on the control panel.

6. Maintenance
