4. Setup
The VANNECT Upgraded Walking Pad requires minimal assembly. It is designed for quick setup to allow you to begin your workout promptly.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for potential future transport or storage.
- Placement: Place the treadmill on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is adequate clear space around the treadmill for safe operation (at least 2 meters behind and 1 meter on each side).
- Unfolding (if applicable): If the treadmill is in a folded position, gently unfold it according to the instructions provided in the quick start guide. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before use.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation
- Power On: Press the power button on the console. The display will illuminate.
- Attach Safety Key: Ensure the safety key is properly inserted into its slot on the console and the clip is attached to your clothing.
- Start Exercise: Press the "Start" button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
