4. Setup

The VANNECT Upgraded Walking Pad requires minimal assembly. It is designed for quick setup to allow you to begin your workout promptly.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for potential future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the treadmill on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is adequate clear space around the treadmill for safe operation (at least 2 meters behind and 1 meter on each side).
  3. Unfolding (if applicable): If the treadmill is in a folded position, gently unfold it according to the instructions provided in the quick start guide. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before use.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Safety Key: Locate the safety key and attach the clip to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

5. Operating Instructions

This section details how to operate your VANNECT Upgraded Walking Pad for various exercise routines.

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Press the power button on the console. The display will illuminate.
  2. Attach Safety Key: Ensure the safety key is properly inserted into its slot on the console and the clip is attached to your clothing.
  3. Start Exercise: Press the "Start" button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
  4. Adjust Speed: Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the console or the magnetic remote control to adjust the speed. The speed range is 1-14 KM/H.
  5. Stop Exercise: Press the "Stop" button to gradually slow down and stop the belt. In case of emergency, pull the safety key to immediately stop the treadmill.

5.2 Incline Adjustment

The treadmill features a manual incline function up to 12%. To adjust the incline:

  1. Ensure the treadmill is stopped and powered off.
  2. Locate the incline adjustment points at the rear of the treadmill.
  3. Manually lift or lower the rear of the treadmill to select the desired incline level (0% or 12%). Ensure it is securely locked into position before resuming exercise.
