- Assemble the Light: Connect the extension pole to the light head. Then, attach the ground stake to the bottom of the extension pole. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Remove Protective Film: Peel off any protective film from the solar panel on top of the light unit.
- Placement: Choose a location outdoors where the solar panel can receive direct sunlight for 6-8 hours daily. This ensures optimal charging and illumination performance. Avoid shaded areas.
- Install into Ground: Gently push the assembled light unit, stake first, into the soil. Do not force it, as this may damage the stake. If the ground is too hard, moisten it first.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean solar panel ensures efficient charging.
- Battery Care: The lights use 1 AA rechargeable battery (included). If the light duration significantly decreases over time, the battery may need replacement. Use only rechargeable AA batteries of the same type and capacity.
- Winter Performance: In winter, due to shorter daylight hours and less intense sunlight, the charging time may be longer, and the illumination duration may be reduced. Ensure the solar panel is free of snow and ice.

7. Troubleshooting
- Light does not turn on at night:
- Ensure the power button on the underside of the solar panel is pressed to activate the light mode.
- Verify the solar panel is receiving sufficient direct sunlight (6-8 hours) during the day.
- Check if the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions.
- The battery may be depleted or at the end of its lifespan. Consider replacing the AA rechargeable battery.
- Light duration is short:
- Insufficient sunlight exposure during the day. Relocate the light to a sunnier spot.
- The battery capacity may have degraded over time. Replace the rechargeable AA battery.
- Weather conditions (e.g., cloudy days, winter) can affect charging efficiency.
- Inconsistent color changing or mode issues:
- Ensure the button is pressed firmly to cycle through modes.
- A low battery charge can sometimes affect light functionality. Allow for a full day's charge.
