Remapping Back Buttons

The four back paddle buttons (M1, M2, M3, M4) can be programmed to replicate any other button on the controller for quick access during gameplay.

  1. Press and hold the Program button (usually a small button near the back paddles) until the indicator light flashes.
  2. Press the back paddle button (M1, M2, M3, or M4) you wish to program.
  3. Press the button on the front of the controller (e.g., A, B, X, Y, L, R, ZL, ZR, D-Pad direction) that you want the back paddle to mimic.
  4. Press the Program button again to save the setting. The indicator light will stop flashing.

To clear a remapped button, repeat the process but do not press a front button after selecting the back paddle. Simply press the Program button twice.

Gyro Motion Control

The controller features built-in gyroscopic sensors for motion control in compatible games. This allows for intuitive aiming, steering, and other in-game actions by tilting and rotating the controller.
