4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Appliance
Before first use, fully charge the hand blender. Place the blender into the charging station. Connect the power adapter to the charging station and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the blender will show charging status.

4.2 Attaching and Removing Blades
Ensure the blender is switched off and disconnected from the charging station before handling blades.
- To attach a blade: Align the blade with the drive shaft at the bottom of the blender. Push the blade firmly onto the shaft until it clicks into place.
- To remove a blade: Grip the blade firmly and pull it straight off the drive shaft. Exercise caution as blades are sharp.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Speed Settings
The bamix Cordless Immersion Hand Blender features two speed settings:
- Speed 1: 8,000 RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) - Suitable for lighter tasks and delicate ingredients.
- Speed 2: 13,000 RPM - For heavier loads, tougher ingredients, and faster processing.
To operate, press the desired speed button on the handle. Release the button to turn off the blender.
5.2 Using the Blades
The blender comes with three interchangeable stainless steel blades, each designed for specific tasks:
- Multipurpose Blade: Ideal for chopping, pureeing, and mixing soups, sauces, and baby food. It can also crush ice.
- Beater Blade: Used for aerating and whipping, such as making whipped cream, egg whites, or frothing milk.
- Whisk Blade: Perfect for emulsifying dressings, mixing thin batters, and stirring liquids.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Cleaning the Blades and Shaft
After each use, immediately clean the blades and blending shaft:
